Insert "; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED that the Alaska State Legislature agrees to work cooperatively and collaboratively with the Department of Health and Social Services to help provide funding necessary to provide appropriate community-based services for severely emotionally disturbed children." 2002-04-17 House Journal Page 2985 Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Dyson objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
